Our Commitment to Transparency and Professionalism
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services provided by Luxuria Design Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By working with us or using our site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer branding, website design, and marketing services as outlined on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in each client contract or invoice.
2. Payments & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project start date. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
3. Revisions & Approvals
Each design package includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees. Final approval of designs releases Luxuria Design Studio from further liability.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables is transferred to the client. Luxuria Design Studio retains rights to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, or promotional materials.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, all deposits are non-refundable. If a client cancels mid-project, any completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.
6. Communication & Timelines
Clients are expected to provide feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner to maintain project schedules. Delays in response may result in adjusted timelines.
7. Liability
While we take every measure to ensure quality and accuracy, Luxuria Design Studio is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use or misuse of our designs or advice.
8. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted here.
